Gaurav Gupta is the Founder and Director of Navbharat Niwas Private Limited, responsible for driving the company’s technology, systems, and operational backbone with a strong focus on scalability and efficiency.

Originally belonging to Rohtak, Haryana, Gaurav was born and brought up in Delhi, where he completed his schooling under the CBSE board from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He pursued his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from Haryana, building a strong analytical and problem-solving foundation.

Gaurav began his professional career with Accenture India Private Limited, where he worked in the IT sector within the Google process. During his nine years at Accenture, he gained extensive experience in enterprise-level systems, process optimization, data management, and technology-driven operations. His long tenure in a global corporate environment helped him develop a structured, detail-oriented, and performance-driven approach to business.

After nearly a decade in the corporate IT domain, Gaurav transitioned into entrepreneurship by co-founding Navbharat Niwas Private Limited. Within the organization, he leads and manages the complete IT infrastructure, CRM/LRM systems, backend operations, website development, and digital workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between technology and business execution.

With a strong blend of engineering mindset, IT expertise, and operational leadership, Gaurav Gupta plays a critical role in strengthening the digital foundation of Navbharat Niwas. His focus on innovation, system efficiency, and process excellence supports the company’s long-term vision of growth, transparency, and technological advancement in the real estate sector.
