Rohit Nayan is the Co-Founder and Director – Sales & Training at Navbharat Niwas Private Limited, where he leads the company’s sales force, talent development, and client engagement strategies.

He belongs to Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, where he was born and brought up. Rohit completed his schooling under the CBSE board from Delhi Public School, Bokaro. He pursued his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Bokaro and later completed his Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Delhi University, gaining a balanced understanding of business management and technology.

With a strong people-centric approach, Rohit plays a crucial role in strengthening the sales ecosystem at Navbharat Niwas. He is responsible for managing and mentoring the sales team, conducting structured sales training, improving conversion strategies, and ensuring performance consistency across projects.

In addition to internal leadership, Rohit actively conducts site visits with clients, where he effectively communicates project details, long-term potential, and future growth vision. His ability to translate real estate opportunities into clear, value-driven narratives helps clients make confident and informed investment decisions.
